How do I get help?
WPConcierge offers two modes of getting help: our support inbox and our phone line.
Support Emails
To receive help via our support email, simply email us at support@wpconcierge.com and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can (subject to our priority order).
We use HelpScout to keep track of tasks. Emailing this email address is a way to ensure your tasks get handled in the best and most efficient way possible.
Phone Support
For emergencies we offer support via telephone. Simply call 301-337-7744 and select the Support option when prompted. Note that we offer this service during normal business hours for emergencies only.
What do I do in an emergency?
In an emergency situation, we understand that you may feel stress and anxiety. Rest assured we have monitoring to address any outages that may occur. If you believe your issue is not likely to be picked up by our monitoring, please call us and leave a voicemail if necessary. We will review and respond accordingly.
