How do you prioritize tasks?
WPConcierge prioritizes tasks based on the severity of the issue. The following prioritization is used, along with anticipated response and resolution times:
Priority | Description | Response | Resolution |
1 |
A complete outage of your website to all visitors from all regions. | 30 minutes | 2 hours |
2 |
Degraded performance of your website. This includes slow loading time, the inability of certain visitors from cetain regions to access the site, one or more services being degraded or unstable, or any other issue that affects the overall experience of your site. | 1 hour | 4 hours |
3 |
Time-sensitive or critical requests that must be addressed in a timely fashion. For example, missing images, errors, intermittent performance, or requests that have a specific, reasonable deadline. | 2 hours** | 8 hours** |
4 |
All other non-sensitive requests that are neither time-sensitive nor urgent. | 8 hours** | 24 hours** |
** For Priority 3 and 4 items, note that the response and resolution times are in business hours. For Priority 1 and 2 items, the response and resolution times are from notification of the problem.
