How do I access my control panel?

WPConcierge is a concierge-level service, meaning that you do not receive direct access to manage your website infrastructure, DNS records, or storage. Instead, you have access to wp-admin for changes you wish to make to your site.

If you need cPanel access or to directly manage your infrastructure or DNS records, we do offer VPS options which can allow you to have access to these resources. Note that third-party services like cPanel and/or Plesk will incur additional setup fees and monthly subscription fees which you will be responsible for.
