How do I refer a client to you?

How to send us a referral

To send a referral please reach out to your account manager directly via email. Add the referral as a CC and include the following information:

• The site URL that would be migrated.
• The name and contact info for the referral.
• Any relevant information about your relationship to the referral.

What do I get for making a referral?

For every referral you make, you AND your referral get free services! We offer:

• One month of free service to you for any referral that closes and spends more than 30 days with us as their host.
• $25 off for any client you refer that has a maintenance-only package with us.

And your referral gets one month of free service just for signing up!

When do I get my referral bonus?

Your referral bonus will be paid as soon as the new client pays their first invoice and has been with us longer than 30 days. Note that we cannot refund fees for referrals you make that exceed your annual plan cost, but we do appreciate you referring that level of business! And the longer you stay, the more you can save!
