How do I change or cancel my subscription?

Change your subscription

If you need or want to change your plan, please reach out to support@wpconcierge.com and let us know. We'll set up a quick conversation and review your account so we can be sure that your new plan meets your needs and adheres to our standard offerings.

If you are on a custom plan or an annual contract, we may need to make adjustments related to your contract. However, we will work with you.

Canceling my subscription

We're sorry to see you go. Please let us know 30 days in advance that you plan to cancel, so we can adequately provide a backup of your site. Note that if you are still in a contract with us, there may be fees to be paid at the conclusion of your service.

What will you provide as part of the offboarding process?

We will provide the following items as part of your offboarding:

  • A copy of all files and database records pertaining to your website (we provide one copy for free)
  • A copy of your DNS Zone file for import into your preferred DNS provider.
  • A list of our supplied plugins that you will need to establish a license for.
  • Any relevant information about fees due on your account (which will be charged when you cancel).

Note that if your agreement with WPConcierge is different from this standard package offering, we will honor the differences.

Can you help me migrate?

Yes! We offer a migration-away service for a pre-payment of $250. Reach out to support@wpconcierge.com for more details.
