I just signed up. What happens next?

As a new client, a lot of things will be happening in the next few days:

• We’ll be setting up your account, including billing and contact information.
• We’ll be looking for credentials from you for your WordPress administration panel, your current hosting provider, and your domain provider. If you don’t have these handy, don’t fret! We’ll walk you through the process.
• Once we have the credentials, we’ll start the process of migrating your website from your current provider to WPConcierge.
• Once the site has been migrated to a temporary staging (test) site, we’ll ask you to review the site for completeness and accuracy.
• On your approval, we’ll update your domain provider to point to the new site, and the migration is complete!
• Once your site is pointing to our servers, you can cancel with your old provider.

Note that we will not charge you for your first month until the migration is completed and accepted, or ten days has passed since you signed up. This is to ensure that you are getting the services you paid for right from the start of your subscription.
